The Sanskrit word Sahadeva means “thousand gods”. Sahadeva was one of the characters of the Indian epic Mahabharata. He was the youngest of the Pandava brothers, known for his wisdom and knowledge.
Sahadeva Yoga Center was created with the vision to offer yoga as a way to connect with our true self and all beings around us, allowing us to live a meaningful life. Through our practices we create an inner state of peace and harmony, cultivating the conditions to live up to our full potential.
In our center we embrace each student with love and warmth, creating a supportive community and reminding to each other that we are all connected.
