Evi Tassa has been immersed in the journey of self – discovery for the last 13 years. She met yoga while studying Fine Arts in Bali, in 2010. Practicing yoga and meditation revealed her a new way of life, the one that connect us with the true self and our true nature. In 2013 she was certified as a yoga teacher with the intention to inspire people to experience the conscious life and follow a path of self - realization. Her classes are naturally flowing, creating space for people to transform and grow. As a ritual, they lead you in a deeper state of inner freedom and tranquility.
Following her inner calling, Evi travelled to India in 2016 and stayed in an ashram for deeper self – exploration through yoga and meditation. She lived in China from 2017 until 2019, where she experienced the Taoist culture and taught yoga. In 2019 she visited India again, to study next to Swami Vidyanand.
Evi is an E-RYT 500 of Yoga Alliance and a Grand Master Yoga & Meditation of Yoga Alliance International of India. She has been also certified as a teacher in Restorative, Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Kids Yoga. For 5 years she attended Sanskrit language and Indian Philosophy classes at the Athens Center for Indian & Indo - Hellenic Studies.
She is the founder of Sahadeva Yoga Center, where she teaches yoga and meditation and leads Yoga Teacher Trainings with the vision to inspire people to connect deeper to their selves and live up to their full potential.
Manolis was born in Athens and grew up in Athens and Crete. He studied Industrial Information Engineering and, among other things, dealt with the biology of houses regarding electromagnetic radiation.
He studied alongside Christina Karytinou and Manju Patthabhi Jois and has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 2011. He is certified Level 1 and Level 2 by Manju.
He has attended over 700 hours of Ashtanga Yoga teaching seminars. The teachers with whom he came into contact, in addition to Christina and Manju, are Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson, Andrea Lutz, Stella Ouzouni, etc.
He has, also, studied Traditional Chinese Medicine with further training in China and in his search for the healing arts he also obtained a second degree of Reiki.
Vera was born and raised in the city of Volos. She is a graduate of the Department of Environmental Engineering of D.P.Th. and has carried out corresponding postgraduate studies. Contact with yoga came as a need to explore and understand the self. From the very first practice, the benefits and effects of yoga were felt both physically and mentally.
Realizing the change it can bring to the way of thinking and living, and feeling the need to share it, she decides to follow this path professionally. She has completed the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, under the guidance of Evi Tassa.
She has completed 140hrs training in Yin Yoga and continues her training in this system. In addition, her love for Aerial Yoga led her to conduct a 60hrs Aerial Flow and Acrobatics training course. She continues her apprenticeship by attending educational seminars.
She now teaches classes and at the same time continues her journey as a student herself with the aim of deepening her knowledge of the philosophy and system of yoga.
Anastasia was born and raised in Athens and now studies in the School of Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.
At the age of nine, she attended her first yoga class. Although she found it very interesting, she could not realize at that time the more profound benefits one can derive from yoga.
Later, she included yoga practice in her daily life, and with a desire to share her experience, she decided to become a yoga teacher. Thus, she trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (200h) under the guidance of Evi Tassa at Sahadeva Yoga School and later in Aerial Yoga.
Through creative flows, her goal is to inspire her practitioners to get in touch with their deepest self and adopt a new way of life full of gratitude, respect, and love.
Nikos was born and raised in Athens and studied Food Science & Technology in Thessaloniki. During his studies, he chose to intensively engage in pilates exercise on a personal level, and that's when he realized his love for movement, body awareness and breath control and its benefits.
One yoga class at the beginning of 2020 was enough to integrate the practice of vinyasa yoga, but also asthanga yoga on a daily basis and turn completely towards the path of yoga on a physical and spiritual level. He completed his training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (200hr) under the guidance of Evie Tassa, and shortly after began teaching.
His purpose in teaching is to share all the benefits of yoga and create a safe environment, open to all individuals who wish to bring a deeper connection of body and mind through movement, acceptance and inner search.
Maria was born and raised in Volos, where from a young age she was involved in sports, particularly gymnastics, volleyball, and athletics. She was introduced to yoga in 2012, beginning a journey of self-exploration and search for inner truth.
Her desire to delve deeper into the path of yoga, and specifically her love for Vinyasa, led her in 2020 to complete the 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa YTT program under the guidance of Evi Tassa.
Through teaching, her goal is to share and convey to her students the spiritual, mental, and physical benefits of yoga, guiding them on the path to discovering their true self and real purpose.
Konstantina was born and raised in Athens. She studied Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University and worked for several years in the advertising industry. Over time, her desire to share her experiences and knowledge led her to the path of teaching.
Her relationship with movement began at a very young age, through ballet and rhythmic gymnastics. Yoga came into her life later, as a form of physical exercise — but very soon it evolved into something much more: a personal space for connection, self-observation and inner balance.
With deep dedication, she completed the Yoga Alliance-certified 200hrs Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga training program, under the guidance of Evi Tassa. She then attended the 60hrs Aerial Flow and Acrobatics training program.
Today, she teaches with the goal of providing a safe and supportive environment, where each practitioner can get in touch with themselves, listen to their body's needs, and cultivate a meaningful relationship of care and acceptance.
